What’s it about? Spark is the second installment in the Sky Chasers series by Amy Kathleen Ryan. It is the next book after Glow, the exciting space odyssey that follows Waverly, her fiance Kieran, and brooding Seth. I don’t want to give too much away, so I’ll let you read the book yourself.

Should you read it? Yes! Surprisingly, this book is better than Glow. I don’t know of many sequels that are as good as the first book, let alone better. The action is more exciting, the deep philosophical questions are more intriguing, and the characters are much deeper and more interesting. If you liked Revis’ Across the Universe series, you’ll love this.
