Pair a daring escape with a mysterious pirate and plenty of court intrigue, this second book definitely does not suffer from the dreaded sophomore slump. I raced through the second book as fast as the first one, and I can’t wait for the release of the final book!

If you haven’t yet, you must read Shadow and Bone, book one of the GRISHA Trilogy. This is one of the best book series I’ve read in a long time!
