Okay, you know you have them. Guilty Pleasure TV shows that you don’t want to admit that you love.

“I only watch The Sopranos and Mad Men, I wouldn’t waste my time on some show for teenage girls.”

Except that I do. I confess, I love – nay- heart Pretty Little Liars. If you haven’t seen it (though I’d bet more of you have than care to admit) it’s a show about four best friends whose other little friend goes missing. Is she dead? Did she run away? When her body turns up, so does the heat on these four little tarts. They have some pretty big secrets to hide, and their stalker, A, is going to reveal everything if they don’t play along. These mice attempt to catch the cat pulling their strings before she ruins their lives.

Talk about sex, lies and video tape. From affairs with teachers, shoplifting arrests, liaisons with bad boys and the always present tension of the omnipotent stalker, these girls have tons of drama. While I was laid up during the last part of my pregnancy, I had to find things to watch. I liked Sara Shepard’s Lying Games (Read about it here!) and so thought I would check it out.  This show is so good, I think I’m going to go back and read the books!
